I. JOB PURPOSE
The recruiter will be responsible for ensuring the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
II. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/ TECHNICAL SKILLS
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelors degree in any of the relevant fields.
- 1-3 year of experience in Recruitment preferably in the retail industry, hands on experience in mass hiring is a plus.
- Time Management & Achievements Oriented mindset.
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite; Word /Excel / Outlook/ PowerPoint
- Data Oriented
- Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
- Organized and has a positive attitude
III. JOB RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage end to end hiring activities/ plans for new hires with relevant stakeholders & line managers
- Create & publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Continuously enhancing & digitalizing the hiring and onboarding process to be efficient and productive for all new hires
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Create reports to ensure proper tracking of hiring & probation period
- Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
