Income Potential & Benefits: $50,000+ annually (base + uncapped commissions)
Responsibilities:
Consistently hit monthly sales goals and KPIs (calls, talk time, contracts closed).
Convert inbound leads into signed contracts while managing a full pipeline in CRM.
Negotiate deals from the first call through contract execution.
Build rapport with sellers, identify their needs, and deliver win–win solutions.
Provide excellent customer service through timely follow-ups and communication.
Requirements:
1+ years sales experience (phone sales or real estate strongly preferred).
Fluent in English with strong communication skills and a neutral accent.
Reliable phone, internet connection, and quiet professional workspace.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and time management.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
$1,250/month base salary (paid biweekly)
Tiered commissions (1–5% depending on monthly closed contracts)
