Job Description
- Respond to customers’ messages and comments on social media.
- Confirm orders by phone and provide assistance when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with customers.
