Job Description

  • Receive and follow up on daily maintenance requests from all store departments.
  • Coordinate with internal technicians or external vendors to ensure quick resolution of issues.
  • Monitor basic store equipment (lighting, plumbing, electrical fixtures) and report abnormalities.
  • Conduct regular store walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Follow up on refrigeration temperatures, cleaning routines, waste handling, and pest control services.
  • Ensure that all assets and equipment are in good condition and escalate any major breakdowns.
  • Contact service providers for maintenance visits and follow up until job completion.
  • Ensure vendors comply with store safety rules during on-site work. Collect job completion reports and update logs.
  • Support the Administration Manager in ensuring compliance with safety standards and store policies.
  • Regularly check fire extinguishers, emergency exits, alarms, and CCTV functionality. Report any safety hazards immediately.
  • Maintain records of maintenance requests, vendor visits, and basic asset logs.
  • Prepare short weekly updates for the Administration Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 
  • 1–3 years of experience in facility or maintenance support, preferably in retail. 
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance. 
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
