We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across our ventures, programs, and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is eager to learn in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment and contribute to data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation.
- Contribute to performance dashboards and basic financial models.
2-Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the preparation and tracking of budgets across different business units.
- Help monitor cash flow and operational expenses.
- Assist in updating financial forecasts based on real performance data.
3-Data Management & Compliance
- Ensure accuracy of financial data across systems and spreadsheets.
- Support audit preparation and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Assist in tracking payments, invoices, and cost allocations across projects.
4-Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, programs, and leadership to gather financial inputs.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis for new initiatives, partnerships, or ventures.
- Contribute to improving internal financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience in finance or accounting.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP tools is a plus.
