Job description
Responsibilities include managing and coordinating daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and staff.
Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems, whether electronic or physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
Organize travel plans, accommodations, and logistics for staff and executives.
Monitor office supplies and process requests to ensure adequate stock levels.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences as required.
Support the administrative team by entering data, maintaining records, and performing other clerical tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Skills
Required qualifications for candidates
3-7 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
