* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Maintain a positive brand image in every interaction
* Coordinate with internal teams when needed

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (graduates only)
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
* Strong problem-solving mindset
* Professional handling of complaints and follow-ups

Work details:
Night shifts (last shift ends at 10:00 PM)
Rotational weekends
Location: New Cairo – Head Office
