Job Description
Maintain accurate records of all store financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and bank transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, including sales summaries and inventory valuations, to management.
Monitor store budgets and assist in cost control by tracking expenditures and identifying variances.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support inventory management by coordinating with store staff to record stock movements and conduct periodic audits.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing required tax filings and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the store manager and finance team as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a retail environment.
Preferred Resident to be: Port Said, October.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Good at Mathematics Functions
