Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and confident Short-Term Rental Consultant to manage inbound enquiries from clients looking to rent our properties. You will be part of a large, fast-paced team and must quickly learn detailed information about our property portfolio, including locations, features, pricing, and availability.

Your role is to guide clients, answer their questions clearly, and help them secure the right property for their stay.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Provide accurate information about property locations and features
  • Assist clients in selecting suitable properties
  • Record booking details accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth reservations
  • Work well under pressure
