Key Responsibilities:

Patient Intake: Managing the scheduling and onboarding of new patients.

Provider Support: Assisting our counselors with their daily appointment calendars and schedule adjustments.

Problem Solving: Resolving patient inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency.
