Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, timely support, and outstanding overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services or products.
- Escalate complex or high-priority cases to the Client Success Manager (CSM) while maintaining communication with the client.
- Support CSMs in nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Follow up with clients to ensure needs are met and services are delivered to their satisfaction.
- Log all client interactions and cases accurately in the CRM system.
- Ensure all support cases are closed promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
- Share client feedback, recurring issues, and service trends with the CSM.
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing:
- Key client concerns
- Repeated service issues
- Case resolution performance
- Recommendations for service improvements
Job Requirements
- Able to work based on EST (mandatory)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive approach with a passion for helping clients succeed.
