Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in end-to-end hiring activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition processes and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Post job openings on various platforms
Support HR team with onboarding documentation and reports
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Eligibility & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes (preferred, not mandatory)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and take initiative
