Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our sales and customer service team. The role ensures that sales targets are met, customer experience is optimized, and all operations comply with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the sales and customer service team.
- Monitor performance and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and handle escalated complaints effectively.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Prepare performance, sales, and customer satisfaction reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
