Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role combines content moderation, competitive analysis, and content strategy to drive engagement and maintain a positive online community.

Key Responsibilities

Content Moderation & Community Management

• Monitor and manage user comments and content across social media platforms.
• Enforce community guidelines, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Flag inappropriate content and address violations.

Competitor Analysis & Market Research

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and successful strategies.
• Track competitor performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and content themes.
• Provide actionable insights to improve content strategy and identify market opportunities.

Content Strategy & Publishing

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Curate and schedule platform-specific content for maximum engagement.
• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies as needed.
• Recommend optimal posting times and content strategies for each platform.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter.
• Experience with social media analytics and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content moderation tools.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotions.
• Familiarity with design or video editing tools.
