About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communication-driven OnePath Partnerships & Programs Coordinator to support the growth of the OnePath platform. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in building relationships with schools, coordinating educational activities, encouraging student participation, and presenting OnePath services to universities and agencies.
The right candidate should be excellent at follow-up, partnership development, communication, and day-to-day coordination. This is a practical role that requires someone energetic, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple partnerships and activities moving successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact schools and introduce the OnePath platform and its benefits
- Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, administrators, and decision-makers
- Support the enrollment of schools into OnePath
- Coordinate school-based activities, events, presentations, and follow-up actions
- Encourage schools to enroll and engage students in the OnePath platform
- Present and promote OnePath services to universities, education providers, and agencies
- Track partnership progress, communications, and activity outcomes
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of programs and partnerships
- Help identify new opportunities for collaboration and expansion
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization and follow-up ability
- Experience in partnerships, business development, school relations, education services, or program coordination is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at the same time
- Confident in making calls, sending follow-ups, and arranging meetings
- Professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
