Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month
Full Job Description:
Brand Village Outlet is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Deira, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper records, and supporting daily store and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and Excel sheets
- Record and manage product, stock, supplier, invoice, and purchase information
- Review data for errors, missing details, or inconsistencies and correct them when needed
- Organize and maintain files, reports, and administrative documents
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with store staff and management to collect and update required information
- Ensure all data is properly filed and kept confidential
- Support general administrative and office tasks when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Data Entry, Administration, or similar office work
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer systems
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
- Good English communication skills
- Hindi or Urdu is an advantage
- UAE experience is preferred
