About the Role
We are looking for a remote Account Manager to manage client relationships, campaign strategy, and execution quality across multiple accounts.
This role combines client-facing responsibilities with hands-on performance management. You will work closely with BDRs (Business Development Representatives) to train, coach, and ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and best practices. You will also monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging based on real data.
You will act as the link between clients and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered at a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities
- Execution Alignment: Brief BDR teams on scripts, ICP, and campaign goals
- BDR Training & Coaching: Train and coach BDRs on messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategies
- Process Adherence: Ensure consistent use of scripts, workflows, and campaign guidelines
- Performance Management: Track KPIs such as call quality, conversion rates, and meetings booked
- Performance Reviews: Present campaign results to clients with insights and recommendations
- Feedback Loop: Use performance data to refine messaging, targeting, and scripts
- Client Success: Act as the main point of contact; manage onboarding and ongoing communication
- Campaign Strategy: Define ICPs, messaging frameworks, and outreach strategies
- Scripting: Write and optimize cold call scripts and email templates
- List Coordination: Collaborate with list-building teams for accurate targeting
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with operations to improve processes and tools
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on B2B cold calling experience
- 2+ years experience in training/coaching BDR or SDR teams
- 2+ years in Account Management, Business Development, Client Success, or Campaign Management
- Strong copywriting and scripting skills (cold calls & emails)
- Solid understanding of outbound prospecting and ICP development
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Experience with remote tools (HubSpot, Slack, Coda, Calendly, dialers like Nooks or Aircall)
- Comfortable using AI tools
