Job Description
- Saving files and creating a file for each Customer
- Communicate with departments and coordinate work between them
- Receiving customers problems and following them up until they are solved
- Organize and maintain patient waiting areas as well as front-desk areas.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.

- Strong personality and speaks eloquently
- She has the ability to persuade and enjoy direct communication skills

- Quickness, power of memory, preservation and retrieval of information
- V. good in speaking and writing English
