Job Title: Voice Actress (Arabic – Egyptian) – AI Phone Agent (Logistics)
Project
We’re producing voice recordings to train and evaluate an AI phone agent for logistics/customer support. We need a purely conversational, natural delivery – like a real call, not “announcer” and not overly scripted.
We are looking for a female voice in the following profile:
- Egyptian Arabic
What to submit (REQUIRED)
1 audio sample: 120 seconds sharp, unscripted/improvised, in a logistics support context (choose 1 scenario and speak naturally).
Some scenario ideas: tracking update, delayed shipment, address confirmation, rescheduling, delivered-but-not-received.

If selected – Recording steps (quick overview):
1. 15-minute sample (paid): if approved, you’ll be invited to record a 15-minute sample, paid pro-rata at the standard hourly rate for your voice talent profile.
Important: this 15-minute stage may be skipped if your 2-minute sample is very strong and follows the reference guide 100%.
2. Final long-form recording (paid):
Once the relevant stage is approved, you will move forward to the full 180-minute (3-hour) recording.
Rate: $150 per 60 minutes (up to $450 for 180 minutes).
Payment terms: 100% paid upon receipt of the long-form audio.
Voice Rights / Licensing
If Technatives decides to move forward with licensing or voice usage rights, this would be handled as a separate step, always subject to your consent and approval. This would apply specifically to the use of your voice for training an AI agent for one specific end use only and would not include sub-licensing rights.
Recording requirements
Quiet room, minimal echo, no background noise.WAV preferred (high-quality MP3 acceptable if needed).Avoid mouth clicks/lip smacks, mic bumps/handling noise.Consistent mic distance/levels (no clipping).

Deadline / Submission
Submit by Wednesday 4/22 EOD – San Francisco Time. We strongly encourage early submission, as the batch may close automatically once we reach the required number of qualified samples, regardless of the tentative deadline.
