Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customers needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications
- No relevant work experience required.
- Graduates, Undergraduates & Drop outs can apply.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1).
- Can commute to Al-Maadi.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible with rotational shifts, has the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
