Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

  • No relevant work experience required.
  • Graduates, Undergraduates & Drop outs can apply.
  • Fluent in English (B2-C1).
  • Can commute to Al-Maadi.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts, has the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
