Job Description
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analyzing financial data.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
