Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Data Entry Clerk to join our online retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product information across our e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update product listings including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images own online platforms
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all product listings.
- Upload product images and ensure they are properly optimized and categorized.
- Monitor and update product inventory levels and availability.
- Conduct routine audits of listings to correct errors, remove duplicates, and improve descriptions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely product updates.
- Tag products correctly for search optimization (SEO).
- Manage bulk uploads and downloads using spreadsheets or content management systems (CMS).
- Report issues or inconsistencies in product data to appropriate departments.
