Data Entry Specialist at Breadfast

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter production, inventory, or customer data into internal systems.
  • Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Identify and correct data entry errors.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Support reporting and data extraction as needed by other departments.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, or finance teams to ensure consistency in records.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to data documentation.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in data entry or clerical work (1+ year preferred).
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory or production data (for manufacturing environments) is a plus.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hygiene & Food safety certification is a plus.
  • Excellent Reporting skills.
