Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
- Adhere to company guidelines, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in an office environment.
