Job Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in an office environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
