Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Agent to provide prompt and effective support, resolve inquiries and issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Saudi Arabic, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints or escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for follow-up and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to meet customer needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or client support.
• Fluent in Saudi Arabic and English.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to reliably work 12-hour shifts.
• Experience as a Moderator on digital platforms is required.
