Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, providing professional support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Agent will resolve issues, manage complaints, and maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support

- Ensure service quality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of customer service and customer support principles
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
- Minimum English level: B1 or higher
- Bachelor’s degree is required
