Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in the banking sector, based in Smart Village. The role is part of a call center opportunity for CIB (Commercial International Bank), with the possibility of later transitioning into a staff position within the bank.
The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across different communication channels.

Qualifications
- Minimum B2 level English proficiency
