We’re Hiring – Customer Support Agent (English Chat Account)
Location: Beverly Hills – Sheikh Zayed, Giza
Work Environment: Hybrid
Shifts:
Morning: 7 AM – 3 PM
Middle: 3 PM – 11 PM
Night: 11 PM – 7 AM
(First 3 months: morning shift from the office due to training)
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: EGP 7,500
Transportation Allowance: EGP 1,500
Medical & Social Insurance
2 Days Off Weekly (Friday & Saturday during the first 3 months, then rotational after training)
Requirements:
✅ Graduates only
✅ Excellent English level (written & spoken)
✅ Residents of Giza or nearby areas
✅ Flexibility with rotational shifts
Job Type:
Online Chat Support – assist customers via chat
(Some night shifts are remote from home)
