We are seeking an Administrative Manager to oversee general administration and supervise administrative and organizational operations within the company. Candidates must have prior experience in managing contracting companies and have previously held the position of “Administrative Manager” in one of the contracting firms. The workplace is located in Riyadh, Al Andalus district. The best candidates will have prior experience in the electrical contracting sector and must possess the ability to manage administrative organization and team management effectively.

Operations and Maintenance: Manages and monitors the operations of equipment movement on sites; supervises maintenance activities; handles governmental registrations for labor licenses, operational permits, and vehicle management, and manages violations.
Procurement Department: Collects procurement requests from sites; submits to the procurement manager; manages vendor registration processes; oversees the operations of the procurement department.
Human Resources Department: Monitors general tasks for the human resources department; tracks activities related to governmental regulations.
Administrative Coordination: Ensures communication between the administration and the aforementioned departments, providing support for project management.
Skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Manager in a contracting company.
Strong skills in organizational and administrative management.
Ability to supervise and coordinate administrative operations effectively.
Experience in team management and task delegation efficiently.
Familiarity with contracting company operations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
